- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We were merged into Seven Seventeen automatically when Kent Credit Union decided to sell themselves to this larger credit union in 2016. To begin with, they misspelled our last name on our checks, credit card and debit card, so we couldn't use these for several weeks until we received the corrected versions. In June 2016, our debit card was hacked right before we went on vacation, which made our trip more stressful. In March 2017, our credit card was hacked, and despite the fraud department contacting me and verifying that I did not make the fraudulent charges, they still applied them to my credit card! I've also had the same issue with being signed up for the "bill pay" service that was mentioned by another reviewer - I didn't ask for it, but I was charged for it anyway. I just feel like they don't pay attention to details and don't care about their members like KCU did. To be fair, their mobile app is much better than KCU's was, and their website is also decent, but I'm getting tired of having a new crisis to deal with every two months.
